I am writing this letter to you as a token of appreciation for the outstanding customer service received by one of your employees, ---.  I was facing the problem with the repayment program as, I am a business owner and was hit extremely hard by the pandemic. I really appreciate the quick service I received, and the humbleness while Mr. --- spoke me. It's always challenging, embarrassing and typically heartless when calling debt collection companies, however I did not feel this way with Mr. ---.  I explained my situation as a business owner and how the pandemic affected my business and I felt he truly listened and assisted me with my case. I am writing to let you know what a great experience it was working with --- yesterday afternoon and this morning.  He listened to everything I had to say to him and worked really, really hard on my behalf to help me with my situation.  It makes you feel good when a collector tries his best to help a person when help is needed! I am reaching out to comment on my experience with --- on 3/1/21 regarding the settlement of my debt. To put it simply, this was not what I was expecting. In the best way possible. --- was so kind, starting the conversation by thanking me for reaching out to resolve my debt. Once all was settled, --- took the time to congratulate me on paying off the debt, recognizing that it isn’t an easy task, and listening to me as I expressed my gratitude for the manner in which we interacted. There was no judgement in this conversation, just grace and support. I comment on this specifically because I had not had similar experience with other similar matters I had to resolve. It’s been a really long journey for me to get fully back on my feet, and I’m so grateful for ---'s demeanor and understanding during this leg of that journey. The options presented were so flexible and realistic, regardless of the fact that I had a lump sum I could pay that day. With so much bad and ugly in the world today, it’s important to highlight the little rays of sunshine. And this was one of my sunshine rays. Deepest regards.

Hello, I just want to take a moment to email you concerning Mr. --- handling of my case. Mr. --- was extremely professional, courteous, and compassionate. He took what was a “hard and painful” personal matter and made it more bearable. My intent was never to neglect the payment of my account; I was faced with an extreme salary reduction and mounting medical bills. Mr. --- never made me feel disrespected nor ashamed. He was extremely kind and respectful. Again, I realize your firm is one that collects debts, so you have to do your job.  Still, no one ever wants to feel devalued. Regardless of that fact, I am grateful for Mr. ---'s professionalism, his tact, and his compassion for my situation. Thank you to both he and you (Cooling & Winter) for allowing such grace. He did an amazing job and was so tender with his words when I became a little emotional. He was def a breath of fresh air when I needed it. Debt collectors have a really bad reputation of being rude, crude, and sometimes just plain mean. Today, my experience couldn’t have gone better. Thank you for hiring such a man to do a job that can make many of your clients uncomfortable and even cause them to be on the defense. Good Day. I would like to thank Cooling & Winter for having such an awesome experience today. I didn’t even feel like I was speaking with a Law Firm, felt like I was talking to a family member who had an awesome laugh/personality. The conversation was on a greater level of Customer Service than I have EVER seen before. I wish I had this type of experience with all companies. I didn’t have to not once ask any questions, because everything was laid out so perfectly in my conversation with Cooling & Winter. I sincerely appreciate the wonderful conversation where we both laughed and talked about my options for taking care of the account. I was never on hold more than a few seconds. If there was a machine where I could duplicate your special employee I would have millions copied. I know I am a bit extra, but this is sincere and truthful. Please, please, continue to provide the best customer service I have ever had to others. Dealing with financial difficulties is very stressing and can be very overwhelming. Collection agencies do not always have the best track record for customer service. That being said I wanted to talk about one of your customer service rep’s ---. --- was a pleasant, calming and reassuring voice reminding me that everything was going to be okay and that he was there to help. --- is what customer service should be and I wanted to say Thank You for making this very stressful time a little easier.

I had the pleasure of speaking to --- earlier today and he was very pleasant as always. Every time I speak to him he is always so kind and professional. You really don't get that type of service where I am from and that means a lot when you are dealing with people and debt.
